Farmers RECC, along with other Kentucky’s Touchstone Energy Cooperatives, are collecting much-needed items for Ronald McDonald Houses in Lexington and Louisville through our Wish List Drive during May and June 2024.

Our annual Wish List Drive campaign supports both Ronald McDonald Houses, not-for-profit homes that enable families to be near their hospitalized children. In the past, Kentucky co-ops have delivered more than $12,000 worth of items each year.
“Ronald McDonald House Charities offer a wonderful service to families in our area and throughout Kentucky by providing housing for families when children are hospitalized,” said Caralyne Pennington, Director of Member and Public Communications at Farmers RECC. “It is a tremendous comfort for families during a distressing time, and we are proud of our employees and our members for supporting this cause.”
Donations will be delivered to the Houses later this summer and will included snacks, personal care items and other products to help families feel at home while staying at the Ronald McDonald House facilities.
