Farmers RECC is excited to announce that we will be hosting our 2024 Annual Meeting in a convenient drive-thru format at the Cave Area Conference Center on July 25, 2024! Members will drive thru to register and pick up their bucket, bulbs and giveaway items at the Cave Area Conference Center from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Our business meeting will be live-streamed on this page at 2 p.m. Members are welcome to attend in-person, if they prefer.

A voice and a vote

As a member of Farmers RECC you have a say in how the cooperative conducts business. You have a voice and a vote, and the annual meeting is an opportunity to use both.

Voice: The meeting gives members an opportunity to hear from your co-op leaders who will discuss priorities for the cooperative, challenges we face, our financial health and operational plans for the coming years. Consumer-members are invited to participate by asking questions or providing any feedback. Gaining guidance from the membership helps set priorities for the co-op and guide future decisions. Every member has a valuable perspective, and we invite you to share yours.

Vote: Members actively participate in setting policies and making decisions through the election of member representatives who sit on the Farmers RECC Board of Directors. The board represents the membership by directing and working closely with the leadership of the cooperative to guide the business decisions of the co-op.
