How does the process work?
- Farmers RECC’s material supplier stocks the home standby units.
- Member contacts Farmers RECC and reviews offerings.
- Member signs purchase acknowledgement and purchases generator package from Farmers RECC.
- Generator package is shipped to Farmers RECC within 2-3 weeks after full payment is received.
- Member or installer can pick up generator at Farmers RECC’s Headquarters Office
Who installs and maintains the generator and transfer switch?
- Farmers RECC does not install or maintain the home standby generator or transfer switch.
- Members selects an installer and maintenance provider of their choice.
- All warranties are provided through Generac
