May 18, 2025 - 7PM Update

Crews have worked tirelessly and have made good progress today, reducing outages to 15 total outages impacting 120 members. Due to the incredible dedication of our crews, we are hopeful that, barring major complications, complete power restoration will be finished tomorrow.

We know these final members are anxious to have their power restored. We want our members to know that the last member to be restored is just as important to us as the first member.

We have received questions from members upset they haven't seen anyone on their road working. The way the power grid is constructed, it is possible for us to be working several miles away on a problem that will actually get your power restored.

While we would like to provide details on each individual outage, each outage is different and presents its own unique challenges for our crews, which is why estimated restoration times are hard to set and vary for each member. If you have reported a line down, tree on a line, or other issue, we will continue to work on those until each one is resolved.

We encourage our members to utilize our Outage Viewer. Our Outage Viewer Guide helps explain the symbols and information.

For members needing an electrical inspection before reconnection, please contact your county electrical inspector. Their information can be found here

We appreciate our members continued patience and prayer. We promise not to let up until the outage map is clear!

We will send out a final update once all power is restored.
